Our Story

Kirk Fletcher is the founder and lead welder at KT Welding and Fabrication, bringing over 6 years of experience in the welding and fabrication industry. With a passion for delivering high-quality welding solutions both on and off-site, Kirk specializes in structural welding, heavy equipment repair, fabrication, cutting, drilling, general repairs, and custom projects.

His military service as a helicopter mechanic in the US Marine Corps has instilled a strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and a dedication to adhering to strict regulations. Kirk holds an Associate’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and multiple key certifications, including one as a welder recognized by the American Welding Society (AWS).
